The 506WLS was designed as a surface mount component making it ideal for pick and place manufacturing

generation surface mount Ultra-Broadband Resistors. This new Thin Film Product has been designed
and manufactured with the highest quality materials to provide reliable and repeatable performance.
It utilizes our proprietary Glass Sandwich Flexiterm® Technology, (GSFT). The Flexiterm® is a surface
mountable automotive-qualified termination that adds an extra margin of safety against damage due
to flexture during installation.
The 504L can be supplied as either frequency compensated or non-compensated. This product is
intended for applications from DC to 20 GHz and is ideal for use in optical transceiver modules, broadband
receivers and broadband test equipment, or any application requiring excellent ultra-broadband
performance.

Wire Bond Resistors. These precision Wire Bondable Resistors are designed specifically for
applications that require stable thermo-compression, ultrasonic or epoxy die attachment. This device
is built in an 0202 chip outline and is ideal for, but not limited to, hybrid circuit applications.
ATC’s new WBR1 Thin Film product utilizes our proprietary passivated SiCr thin film resistor technology.
This results in extremely tight tolerances and superior Temperature Coefficient of Resistance (TCR).
Tolerance of ±0.1%, with absolute TCR of ±25 ppm/°C is available. The WBR1 offers excellent
stability and reliability and is suitable for the most demanding applications.

The Model X1980 Bandpass Filter has a passband from 8.00 to 8.30 GHz with a maximum insertion loss of 0.5 dB and a maximum return loss of -20 dB. The unit has a minimum rejection of 40 dB from 6.9 to 7.9 and 8.4 to 9.4 GHz. The unit is rated for 11 Watts CW with a 6 dB margin (44 Watts).

Ku5939 Ku Band TCDL Diplexer
The Model Ku5939 Ku Band TCDL Diplexer has passbands from 14.4 to 14.83 GHz and 15.15 to 15.35 GHz with less than 1.6 dB insertion loss in each of the channels in a compact 3.8” x 2.75” x 0.5” package. New Linear 1W / 2W Amplifiers Support 3G / 4G Apps
TriQuint's new TQP7M9105 and TQP7M9106 packaged GaAs RF driver amplifiers have the highest linearity in their class and are optimized for 900 MHz GSM and 700 MHz LTE applications. They expand TriQuint's family of integrated, high performance broadband solutions for remote radio heads, small cell amplifiers and defense communications from 50 to 1500 MHz. The TQP7M9105 delivers P1dB RF power of 1W (+30dBm) with an Output Third Order Intercept Point (OIP3) of 49dBm, gain of 19.4dB, and power consumption of only 220mA from a single +5V supply. The TQP7M9106 produces P1dB power of 2W (+33dBm), OIP3 of +50dBM, gain of 20.8dB, and draws only 455mA from a +5V supply. The rugged, integrated amplifiers provide protection from RF input overdrive, DC overvoltage and ESD spikes.
New High Gain 30W GaN RF Power Transistor
TriQuint announces the new T1G6003028-FS, a 30W GaN RF power transistor ideal for military and civilian radar, professional and military radio communications systems, test instrumentation, jammers and wideband or narrowband amplifiers. New High-Gain, Ultra Low Noise Figure LNA
TriQuint's new TQP3M9035 is an internally matched, low noise amplifier (LNA) ideal for 3G / 4G base station transceivers, repeaters, Defense & Aerospace applications, or any other general wireless application in the 50-4000 MHz frequency range requiring high linearity and low noise. Housed in a small 2x2mm DFN package, the LNA provides high gain and ultra low noise making it ideal for 1st or 2nd stage LNAs in an Rx system. At 1.9 GHz, the TQP3M9035 has 0.66dB NF, 16.5dB gain, 37dBm OIP3, and 22.5dBm P1dB. It provides high performance and instantaneous bandwidth over the entire 50-4000 MHz frequency range and can also be used as a linear amplifier in Tx paths. TriQuint's new TQP3M9038 is a high-linearity, gain block amplifier in a standard 3x3mm QFN package. At 1.9 GHz, the TQP3M9028 offers 14.9dB gain, 2dB NF, 39.5dBm OIP3, 21.6dBm P1dB and is ideal for 3G / 4G base station transceivers, repeaters, Defense & Aerospace applications, or any other general wireless application in the 50-4000 MHz frequency range requiring high linearity and low noise. The amplifier is internally matched to 50 ohms using a high-performance E-pHEMT process, providing instantaneous bandwidth over the entire frequency range and requiring only blocking capacitors and a RF choke for operation; no external matching networks are required. The TQP3M9028 is also ideal for multiband or broadband systems, offering ±0.3dB gain flatness over the 0.5-2.5 GHz band. The low NF and high OIP3 allows the devices to be used in both Rx and Tx chains for high-performance systems.
New Integrated DVGA Can Reduce BOMs
TriQuint's new TQM879008 is a fully-integrated, 1.5-2.7 GHz 0.5W digital variable gain amplifier (DVGA) that can reduce BOMs for 3G / 4G wireless infrastructure applications. It is pin-compatible with other TriQuint DVGAs including the TQM829007 and TQM879006. The highly-linear TQM879008 module integrates gain blocks, a digital step attenuator (DSA), a high-linearity 0.5W amplifier, matching components, bias chokes and blocking capacitors in a compact 6x6mm leadless SMT package. Its internal DSA provides a 0.5dB step, 6-bit, 31.5dB gain range and a serial controlled interface with instantaneous bandwidth over the entire 1.5-2.7 GHz frequency range. At 2.6 GHz, the TQM879008 provides +48.5dBm OIP3 and +27.3dBm P1dB from a single +5V supply.
New Cost-Effective Integrated Gain Block
TriQuint has added the TQP369185 to its family of 3G / 4G high-efficiency Darlington-pair cascadable gain block amplifiers for DC to 6 GHz operation. The TQP369185 provides up 20.5dB of gain and up to 19.7dBm of P1dB; it also integrates an internal active bias. All family members are internally matched to 50 ohms and deliver ultra-flat gain. TriQuint solutions provide cost-effective, broadband performance for base transceiver station, repeater, CATV, SATV and defense / aerospace applications.
New RF SAWs Deliver Excellent Base Station Performance
TriQuint has released three new RF SAW filters that offer excellent power handling, low insertion loss and high attenuation for 3G / 4G base stations. TriQuint’s 856934 (Band 3 / 1842.5 MHz) offers 75 MHz BW, max 4.2dB IL and attenuation of 20dB at 1785 MHz. Our new 857019 (Band 5e / 835 MHz) offers 30 MHz BW, max 3.0dB IL and attenuation of 20dB at 869 MHz. The 856977 (Bands 13 and 14 / 787.5 MHz) offers 22 MHz BW, max 2.75dB IL and attenuation of 40dB at 843 MHz.
DOCSIS® 3.0 Amplifier Delivers >4dB Margin & Simplifies RF Design
TriQuint's new TAT2814A satisfies DOCSIS® 3.0 specifications with more than 4dB (typical) performance margin; attenuation range is typically 18dB (depending on input / output power levels) with 30dB gain and a noise figure of 2.7dB. The TAT2814A integrates two stages of amplification with a variable gain attenuator, thereby greatly simplifying CATV RF design by reducing the number of discrete RF components. Legacy solutions require up to 5 times the PCB space while consuming up to twice the electrical power. TriQuint's new product solution is ideal for output stage amplifier designs including Edge QAM, CMTS and EOC approaches that support DOCSIS 3.0 power amplifier levels.

Flexible and High Gain 'Push Pull' Solution for CATV Infrastructure TriQuint’s new TAT8858 is a 34dB integrated push pull amplifier that is ideally suited for many 75 ohm amplifier / transimpedance receiver applications. It offers superior flexibility since it can operate at 12-24V with variable gain levels from 26-34dB. It can lower operational costs by significantly reducing current consumption and can replace multiple discrete components in CATV designs. The device’s high gain also off-loads output amplifier demands, while providing very low noise performance.
New "Doubler' for CATV Infrastructure Lowers Power Consumption
The TAT8857 is ideal for use as a 'doubler' in typical 75 ohm line amplifier systems where it reduces power consumption 20% compared to existing MMIC solutions in standard 24V operation; the device can also be operated at 12V for optimal efficiency. The TAT8857 is versatile, designed for distribution node applications from 40-1002 MHz. The TAT8857 provides low distortion and configurable gain from 21-27dB.
New 30W GaN PA for 2.5-6 GHz Applications
TriQuint's new 30W GaN power amplifier, TGA2576-FL, supports defense, communications and general test applications across 2.5-6 GHz. It offers 30W of saturated output power with 35% PAE and 26dBm of small signal gain; it is available in a standard, flange-mount package.
Broadband, DC-6 GHz Gain Blocks
TriQuint's new family of Darlington-pair gain blocks – the TQP369180, TQP369181, TQP369182 and TQP369184 – are general-purpose, cascadable gain blocks offering broadband performance. They can be used for a wide variety of DC-6 GHz applications including base station transceivers, repeaters, defense & aerospace, CATV, and SATV. The TQP36918x products are 50 ohm, low-cost amplifiers in SOT-363 or SOT-89 packages and complement other similar general-purpose amplifiers in our catalog (AGxxx and ECGxxx series of gain blocks). These products are available for two gain levels (15 and 20dB), and offer 29dBm OIP3 across a broad DC-6 GHz frequency range while only consuming 45mA current. They are internally matched using a high-performance HBT process and require only an external RF choke, dropping resistor and blocking / bypass capacitors for operation. The amplifiers are housed in industry-standard, RoHS-compliant packages with a very robust Class 1C HBM ESD rating.
Low Loss, 7-Bit DSA with 0.25dB Step Size
TriQuint announces the TQP4M9083, a new a high-linearity, low insertion loss, 7-bit, 31.75dB digital step attenuator (DSA) with a 0.25dB step size. It is suitable for 3G / 4G wireless infrastructure as well as other general-purpose wireless applications within the 0.4-3.5 GHz frequency range. The DSA uses a single positive 5V supply and has a serial control interface for changing attenuation states. This product maintains high attenuation accuracy over frequency and temperature. No external matching components or AC ground capacitors are needed for the DSA. The TQP4M9083 is available in a RoHS-compliant, industry-standard 4x4mm leadless QFN and is designed to have a very robust Class 1C ESD rating.
New High-Linearity, Fully Integrated DVGA Module
TriQuint announces the TQM829007, a new fully integrated 600–1000 MHz DVGA. It is a pin-compatible low-band version of our 1.7–2.7 GHz DVGA (the TQM879006), and adds to our innovative DVGA product family supporting 3G / 4G wireless infrastructure applications including base station transceivers and repeaters. It features high-linearity performance in a fully integrated module comprised of an LNA gain block, a DSA, and a high-linearity ¼W amplifier. The module, housed in a compact 6x6mm leadless SMT package, also integrates all matching components with bias chokes and blocking capacitors. The internal DSA offers 0.5dB step, 6-bit, 31.5dB range, and has a serial controlled interface. The DVGA provides +39.5dBm OIP3 and +24.3dBm P1dB while operating from a single +5V supply. The amplifier also has a very low 2.1dB noise figure (at maximum gain) allowing it to be an ideal DVGA for both receiver and transmitter applications.
New Highly Linear 2W BTS Amplifier Provides Superior Efficiency
TriQuint's new TQP7M9104 2W driver amplifier sets a new standard for efficiency combined with medium power and built-in circuit protections that guard the device against voltage transients or high input power level injection that can occur in 3G / 4G network base station or similar applications. This InGaP / GaAs HBT delivers high performance across 700-4000 GHz range of frequencies with 15.8dB gain, +49.5dBm OIP3 and +32.8dBm P1dB at 2.14 GHz while only consuming 427mA current at 2.1 GHz. The new amplifier integrates key benefits including ESD, RF over-drive and DC over-voltage protection along with shutdown capability – all in an industry-standard 4x4mm QFN SMT package. The device is ideal for 3G / 4G base station high power amplifiers, pico base stations, repeaters, or other general RF applications where high linearity and excellent efficiency are key.

TriQuint's new TQP7M9103 1W driver amplifier offers Class AB efficiency paired with the linearity typically associated with Class A devices. The new device offers 16.6dB gain, 45dBm OIP3, and 29.1dBm of compressed 1dB power while drawing 235mA current at 2.1 GHz. The new amplifier integrates key benefits including ESD, RF over-drive and DC over-voltage protection. Broadband Digital Variable Gain Amplifier Family TriQuint's new family of broadband digital variable gain amplifiers (DVGAs) – TQM8M9075, TQM8M9076 and TQM8M9077 – feature high linearity over the entire gain control range. These low noise devices provide broadband performance across 50 to 4000 MHz. They typically have greater than 36dBm OIP3 and approximately 3dB noise figure – depending on the specific product – while providing digital variable gain with a 31.5dB of range in 0.5dB steps through a 6-bit serial mode control interface. The DVGAs feature the integration of a high-performance digital step attenuator and a high-linearity, broadband gain block. Both stages are internally matched to 50 ohms.
