5 New RF SAWs
New Base Station RF SAWs Deliver Excellent Performance
TriQuint has released five new RF SAW filters that offer excellent power handling (+22 dBm), low insertion loss and high attenuation for 3G/4G base stations. TriQuint’s 856844 (Band 13/782 MHz) offers 10 MHz BW, max 2.5dB IL and attenuation of 40dB at 843 MHz. Our new 856932 (Band 20/847 MHz) offers 30 MHz BW, max 2.0dB IL and attenuation of 10dB at 882 MHz. The 856824 (Band 8/897.5 MHz) offers 35 MHz BW, max 2.5dB IL and attenuation of 6dB at 866 MHz. TriQuint’s 856928 (Band 11/1445.4 MHz) offers 35 MHz BW, max 2.5dB IL and attenuation of 20dB at 1495.9 MHz. The new 856880 (Band 2/1880 MHz) offers 60 MHz BW, max 3.0dB IL and attenuation of 10dB at 1790 MHz.

New High-Efficiency LNA Integrates Matching Components
TriQuint’s new TQP3M9005 requires no matching components while delivering a highly linear signal and excellent gain across 0.3 - 4.0 GHz. The LNA also consumes very little power - just 50 mA at 1.9 GHz. The new TQP3M9005 is an ideal choice for amplifier designs in BTS, repeater and similar applications. The device has a low 0.8 dB noise figure and provides 15 dB gain at 1.9 GHz; P1dB RF output is 22.3 dBm; OIP3 is 34 dBm.

TriQuint’s new TQP3M9006 delivers broadband performance tailored for base station, repeater and defense/aerospace applications (0.3 - 4.0 GHz). It is fully matched, which can reduce BOMs. The TQP3M9006 has a low 1.0 dB noise figure and delivers 13.5 dB gain at 1.9 GHz; P1dB RF output is 22.4 dBm; OIP3 is 38.5 dBm; electrical current consumption (Idd) is 90 mA.

TriQuint's new T1G4005528-FS is a packaged discrete GaN RF power transistor offering best-in-class linear gain: >15dB, >55 Watts of compressed output power and > 50% efficiency (3.5 GHz.) The T1G4005528-FS is ideal for narrow and wideband applications. Since it can utilize a smaller driver in many designs, the T1G4005528-FS delivers ‘greener’ performance for overall line-up cost savings. It operates at 28V and is available in an earless ceramic package. Power, gain and efficiency can be optimized with simple external matching networks.

TriQuint's new highly-linear TQP7M9101 uses patent-pending integration to protect network BTS circuits and lower power consumption for 3G/4G systems. The TQP7M9101 also incorporates matching circuitry to further reduce the BOM. Power consumption is one of the lowest available-just 88 mA. The TGA4532-SM is the latest in TriQuint’s family of GaAs MMIC power amplifiers designed for point-to-point microwave applications. TGA4532-SM is a 6 V DC GaAs pHEMT device; quiescent current consumption is 816 mA. The TGA4532-SM’s 4x4mm QFN leadless package offers easy assembly. The device provides best-in-class performance for a 1 W packaged PA (17.7 to 19.7 GHz band) with 23 dB of gain. TriQuint has released the TGA2524-SM (12-16 GHz) amplifier for point-to-point microwave radio and Ku-band VSAT applications. TriQuint's TGA2524-SM offers 35% lower power consumption and surface mount convenience in a 3x3mm QFN package. TGA2524-SM allows for gain regulation with gate and voltage adjustment; it requires no external PCB matching and typically provides 26.5 dBm of saturated output power with 23 dB of small signal gain.
